In traditional real estate transaction, a commission is paid to the
Buyer and Seller agents. Typically, this commission is 5-6% of the final
selling price, which is split between the two agents. When Reali
represents a Buyer, we give full buyer agent commission back to the
buyer at close of escrow. So, if our portion is 2.5%, then we pass that
on to the Buyer, minus our $4,950 flat transaction fee.This can mean
many thousands of dollars for Buyers to use toward their mortgage, to
pay for upgrades or anything else they desire.
